I love it when things go well.
I’ve been working on some projects. Things are going smoothly. I’m happy about that. Actually things are going so well, that it’s difficult to believe. I’ve been having the best days lately.
Projects I’ve done with ChatGPT
Terminal Game - game.xyzzy42.me
This terminal game was a perl script that ChatGPT converted into a Javascript. It even debugged the code, and showed me how to make everything work. It might take people new to terminal prompts a bit to figure out. Once you understand the numbers are the keys to control the moves, it gets easier.

I Love You Encryption - iloveyou.42bitpi.net
Now you can encode “I Love You” messages with a web browser. The recipient will have to learn how to decode the messages themselves. Once you understand how the messages are ciphered it’s simple to encode and decode the messages.
ChatGPT converted a perl script to Javascript, and made the whole things work. That’s raw power. It all worked the first time. And it was perfect.

Daily Work Load - GitHub
This app was written entirely by ChatGPT. It tracks app usage on my Mac. It’s still a little buggy in places. But with some work it could be made better. I’m using it on a daily basis. ChatGPT wrote this code. Now you can download it and run it yourself.
Tracks App usage on your Mac, and generates a report when you want it.

PEMI Tracker - pemi-tracker.app
This was a difficult problem to solve. ChatGPT debugged the problems. The Chart.js configuration wasn’t easy because I’ve never really used it, or understood it. With the help of ChatGPT, I was able to get a working configuration that was secure, and worked like it should. It saved me a ton of time trying to figure it out.

Those are the projects ChatGPT has worked out for me.
